Proven track record as an Enterprise Sales Manager or similar role in the
networking hardware industry.
€¢ Strong understanding of enterprise networking solutions, including routers,
switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and more.
€¢ Demonstrated success in selling to large enterprise customers with complex
buying processes.
€¢ Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present
technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
€¢ Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle from lead generation
to closing deals.
€¢ Experience using CRM software to manage leads, track opportunities, and report
sales performance.
€¢ Strong knowledge of networking hardware products from leading brands (e.g.,
Cisco, Juniper, HP, etc.).
€¢ Ability to travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences.
