JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

business requirements and objectives.
������������2.��������System Maintenance: Overseeing the ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements of
the ERP system to ensure its optimal performance.
������������3.��������Integration: Managing the integration of ERP with other business systems, such as CRM,
HRIS, and supply chain management.
������������4.��������Vendor Management: Collaborating with ERP software vendors to address issues, negotiate
contracts, and stay updated on new features and upgrades.
������������5.��������Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the ERP
system through regular audits and data governance practices.
������������6.��������User Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users to maximize their
proficiency and utilization of the ERP system.
������������7.��������Customization and Configuration: Customizing and configuring the ERP system to meet
specific business needs and process requirements.
������������8.��������Performance Monitoring: Monitoring system performance and key metrics to identify areas
for improvement and optimization.
������������9.��������Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to data
security, privacy, and industry-specific requirements.
������������10.������Budget Management: Managing the budget allocated for ERP implementation,
maintenance, and upgrades, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
