Pan India Sales
Experience.
1. Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth
objectives
2. Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programmes to increase
consumer base
and maximize per capita
3. Collections/Management of accounts receivables
4. Management of promotional budgets and costs
5. Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
6. Ensure implementation of SFE norms and standards set - thru appropriate
HCP and retail
execution strategies
7. Control attrition and build a motivated, and committed sales team thru a
culture of
achievement orientation, recognition and reward
8. Implementation of CRM and KOL engagement plans in conjunction with
marketing and
medical affairs team
9. Will need to work in tandem with the Trade team in driving combined
targets and
implementing merchandising initiatives
Competencies: - Should be a people€™s person with Strong team building/
nurturing and mentoring
Capabilities- Enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and communication skills
and a high achievement
Orientation- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the
commercial/ trade practices in a Pharma.

Experience 15 - 25 Years
Salary 10 Lac To 25 Lac P.A.
