Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales
- Present products/services to customers and answer their queries
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Meet sales targets and achieve monthly/quarterly goals
- Update customer information in the database
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
